If you’re having trouble with your Requester, try following the tips below.
- Communicate openly
- Unclear communication could lead to disagreements. Be honest, direct and concise in your messaging.
- Complete the task as best you can
- We understand that expectations differ. We recommend communicating expectations and goals to be made before starting a task. If description differs from the actual task, it’s best to continue with the communication and do your best to complete what needs to be done.
