Why do I need to add my credit card details to assign a task?
For Card Payment, adding your credit card details ensure payment protection. This platform does not support cash payment; you will need either a credit/debit VISA or Mastercard before you’re able to post a task / accept a service. When an offer is accepted, the funds for the task are securely held down by iTask third party payment gateway, Stripe, until the task is completed. The task funds are secured until you’re satisfied with the completed task; you’re in control and able to release funds upon task completion.
Note:
- If Requester has neither release payment to tasker nor dispute task after tasker requests for payment, payment will automatically be released to tasker after 14 days.
