How do I send a private message?
Chat functions are now fully open to make communications easier for everyone! Simply watch for the icons as shown above in the app whenever you’d like to start a conversation or find out more details about a task/service.
Please note: the private messages will automatically deactivated after the payment has been released. Also we strongly recommend not to bring communication outside of the platform so that we able to kept the conversation records within iTask and can be retrieved should there be a need to.
Please do not share any private information that contain your phone number or email address in public discussion. This is for the purpose of your safety and privacy and to prevent spam.
