How can I contact iTask?

  • Your feedback is highly appreciated and will help us to improve, you can contact use via here or email us at help@itask.com.sg.
  • You can report any problems or issues on the offer task as simple click the top right button on the Ongoing task > Accept Task page.
  • We generally respond to emails within 3 – 5 business days. Please make sure to check your spam or junk email folders if you’ve not received a response after 5 working days.
  • Please note that we do not currently provide phone support.
