Please kindly approach our help team (help@itask.com.sg) to request for the Letter of Proof so you may show the letter to enforcement officers during a roadblock. Additionally, you can also message us via Whatsapp (+65 8533 3787) to obtain the Letter of Proof.
Note that this Letter of Proof should be used only if you have an active iTask job. It will not cover any personal errands or activities. Your safety remains to be our top most priority and we are here to help you to ensure you comply with these requirements to stay safe:
- Keep updated on the app. This includes the timing you start your job and updating your tasks as completed.
- Keep all forms of communication within the app only.
- Report the job to iTask admin for assistance if you are experiencing issues.
Essential services and their related supply chains are exempted from the suspension. You can find the list of services that will continue to operate here.
